Event organizers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly or who fails to comply with the posted rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket’s face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash. Upon presenting this ticket for admission to the Pensacola Wine Festival, the bearer expressly assumes all risks associated with participation in the event including those related to personal injury or property damage or loss that may be sustained while on the premises or as a result of attending and participating in the Pensacola Wine Festival. In consideration of the license granted to the bearer to enter the premises of the Pensacola Wine Festival and/or to participate in related activities, the bearer of this ticket for himself/herself, his/her heirs, administrators, and assigns agrees to waive, discharge, indemnify and covenant not to sue the presenters, organizers, sponsors, or owners of the event, their respective agents, officers, and officials, of and from all claims, demands, actions and causes of action of any sort and including any and all related expenses including attorneys fees relating to personal injury or property loss or damage sustained directly or indirectly from participating in the Pensacola Wine Festival. The bearer of this ticket acknowledges that they are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time that this ticket is used for admission to the event. Identification with a current photo may be requested or required for admission to the event. No one under the age of 21 will be granted admission to the event. The purchase price of this ticket is nonrefundable once purchased. Lost tickets will not be replaced. Only 1000 tickets to the "Grand Tasting" of the Pensacola Wine Festival on Saturday, April 16, 2011 are available. The "Grand Tasting" event will take place rain or shine.
