Almost twenty years ago, Napoleon Bakery was opened in Pensacola, Florida by a trio of French nationals, with the aim to bring an authentic European bakery café to Pensacola. Though the name has changed, the spirit and tradition of the original proprietors is being continued in the hands of Angela Mia Johnson, a pastry chef from the bakery’s days as Napoleon Bakery.

While continuing tradition, a touch of the Italian heritage in which Angela grew up is finding its way into the menu items offered to customers.
